At AIP Education we try to be as student centric as possible so there is no processing fee for Study Abroad processing in most cases.

However, in case of additional support sought by students may lead to a nominal processing charge.

A study abroad application may require any or all of the below documents at different stages of your application :

• Your high school transcript must show all of your grades
• Your high-school graduation diploma/certificate.
• A copy of your passport
• Recommendation letters,
• CV
• Essays and/or a statement of purpose.
• Financial documents
• Any other document as required

Scholarship depends on the University's policy. However, many Universities offer a lump sum amount of scholarship while others offer it on a percentage basis.

In today’s world opportunities up to 100% Scholarship opportunities are also available based on academic profiles and IELTS scores.

AIP assists students with Study abroad applications and doesn’t guarantee any scholarship.

Usually, the applicants are required to have funding requirements for 1-year tuition fee, Insurance, Living expenses, and return airfares. These funds can be self-sourced or students can apply for bank loans. Fund requirements may vary depending on the course of choice as well as the destination.

An offer letter is a written confirmation of the course being offered the to applicant. It usually carries information pertaining to intake, course details, fee details, terms & conditions for acceptance, scholarships, etc.

An offer letter can be conditional or unconditional depending on the documents provided by the student. It is pertinent to mention that it doesn't guarantee acceptance or visa to the applicant.

It is a letter of confirmation that the designated institution of your choice has accepted you for the applied course. Upon receipt of the same, students are advised to apply for a visa and complete the formalities therewith.

Our relationship with students does not end with a Visa grant rather begins from there. We provide detailed pre-departure guidance as well as make students aware of all those little things which we know matter.
